Quality Control
All our products are sourced brand new direct from distributors of leading manufacturers only. We have elected to supply only well tried and tested products. Full assembly and inspection tests take place in our workshops prior to dispatch.

Delivery
Delivery of your order in the UK is usually within 3 working days unless you are notified of any delay. EU and International orders will take a minimum of 5 working days to deliver. If you have not received your order please allow at least 5 working days before contacting us, quoting your Name and Order Number.
To keep prices competitive, we may dispatch certain products by courier or post.

Returns
Under United Kingdom Regulations you have the right to return the item within fourteen days following the date of delivery in an unused "as new" condition within. You must contact our Customer Service department within this timescale for a return. No refund will be forthcoming after this period. A re-stocking charge of £5.95 will be deducted from your refund although if returned for an exchange, the re-stocking charge will be wavered. Should you then decide to return an exchanged item for a refund, you will be then charged extra return costs.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your contract while waiting for your order to be delivered, you can phone or email us, or use the form below. Please quote your Name and Order Number in any correspondence.

After Sales Service
All our products come with a full 12-month guarantee against faulty manufacture or materials, backed by the manufacturers themselves. We provide a Free Phone number to call us on in case of any problems. The number can be found on your delivery documentation. The line is manned during normal office hours from 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday during which time there is usually a qualified person available to give you any advice you may require.

Privacy Notice
Stub-It will not pass your personal details to any third party company. Your details are kept only in connection with your order. Your payment card number is encrypted using a 512 bit RSA public key (4x stronger than the industry standard 128 bit SSL) within the browser of your own PC, before it is sent to us via the Internet. It remains encrypted until we unlock it with our private key to process your order.

In accordance with EU regulations we are required to inform visitors to our web site that we use cookies to track on-line shoppers as they browse our store. On visiting our on-line Store, a randomly numbered tracking file (cookie) is loaded onto your PC. This allows us to retain an anonymous identity for each shopper as they add products to their shopping cart.

If you browse our store and add items but do not order, the cookie expires after 5 days. At no time do we track your visits to other sites on the Internet and on completion of an order, the cookie expires.

Ordering / Payment
Place your order online by using our secure encrypted shopping basket if you wish to and simply pay with any leading Visa/MasterCard or debit card.
Place your order by post to (contact address) enclosing full payment by cheque or postal order.

Stub-It utilises a number of manufactures to ensure good availability. However, we cannot guarantee that all items will be available at all times.
